Erin has both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Baylor University - Sic’em Bears! She and her husband have two children, and you can often find her family cheering on the Bears at Baylor sporting events (if you ever see her at one feel free to say hi!). In her free time, she enjoys baking pies, cinnamon rolls, and breads (jalapeno cheddar bread is her favorite), as well as hosting dinner with friends.
