Summer of Discovery Students
Baylor's Summer of Discovery is a collection of discounted courses to undergraduate students in an online environment across multiple summer sessions. Courses are discounted from regular tuition, and students receive greater discounts as the number of classes taken increases.
Summer Semester dates for 2024 include:
- May Minimester (May 13-31)
- Summer 1 (June 3-July 9)
- Summer 2 (July 10-August 13)
Priority Checklist
- Complete the New Student Advising Questionnaire and determine if you are required to take a placement exam. While on your goBaylor account, verify that your major, minor and degree is listed correctly. If not listed correctly, contact your Admission counselor.
- Submit your Bacterial Meningitis Vaccination documentation.
- Activate your Baylor email and set up your Duo account.
- Submit coursework taken at another College well before your academic advising appointment.
- Your College of Arts and Science academic advisor will send an email to your Baylor email account with instructions on scheduling your academic advising appointment and registering for Fall courses.
- Once you have been advised, confirm your attendance to Baylor University and pay your charges by the required due date so that you are not charged late fees.
