Situation: | Not able to register for a course due to the class being closed. |
What to Do: | Closed class overrides are issued by the individual departments. Contact the department of the course you are trying to register for to see if they will issue an override for that class. |
Situation: | Will not let you register for a certain course, i.e. 3000 or 4000 level. |
What to Do: | Most likely, if you are a lower classman trying to register for a 3000 or 4000 level course, the system will not allow you to because those courses are reserved for Juniors and Seniors. |
Situation: | You are trying to register for a class that is dedicated to students in that major. |
What to Do: | Try registering for another section. |

What to Do: | When you have a class that requires a lab, you must register for the lecture and lab both at the same time. |
